Shawn recently left SeatGeek after having led the payment and risk operations teams there for many years. While there, he developed an innovative payments platform and oversaw the rollout of unique solutions for fraud and risk in the post-pandemic era. His experience with chargebacks, and existing vendors in the space was the genesis for founding Disputed.ai, where he and Andrew have built the solution that he always felt needed to exist.

Andrew has built and led engineering teams at startups and enterprise companies in different domains. A data plumber since his early experience at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Andrew gained exposure to the merchant perspective of e-commerce at scale as the Director of Engineering for SeatGeek's Enterprise Platform. He founded Disputed with Shawn to bring enterprise-ready software with a startup mentality to chargebacks.
